How to manage your Bezi subscription and billing
How do I access my plan and billing setting in Bezi?
From the Your Plan section of Bezi’s Account Settings, you can see which the Bezi plan you’re on, how many credits you have left, and access your billing portal.
- Open the Bezi app
- Click on the
Account
icon in the upper right corner - Select
Your Plan
in the left-hand sidebar
How does Bezi manage and protect my credit card and payment information?
We use Stripe to securely manage subscriptions and billing, so all changes will be made in your personal billing portal.
How do I update my subscription or billing information?
Access your billing portal to set-up a subscription after your trial expires, update credit card information, view and download invoices, or cancel a subscription.
How to access your billing portal:
- Navigate to Your Plan within Bezi’s Account Settings
- Select
Upgrade Plan
(if on a free trial) orManage Subscription
(if on the Pro plan) - A secure billing portal webpage will open in your default browser. From here you can update your subscription and billing information
Where can I get my invoices or receipts?
Your entire billing history, along with invoices and receipts, is available in your billing portal.
- Follow the above steps to access your billing portal
- Navigate to the Invoice History section
- Select the month you want to download an invoice or receipt for > select what to download
